A beloved supporter of this event for many years, Chef Serge of Bodega Tapas, Wine and Rum has generously shared his time and culinary talents with our guests time and time again, and we’re grateful to have him returning to the table.

Before opening Bodega in 2019 with partner Horacio Rodriguez, Chef Serge made a name for himself in the Triangle’s dining scene as Executive Chef and General Manager at Saint Jacques. Known for his refined technique and passion for bold, vibrant flavors, he quickly earned glowing accolades and built a reputation as one of the area’s standout culinary talents.

Today at Bodega, Chef Serge blends European culinary roots with the lively spirit of Spanish tapas, creating dishes meant to be shared, savored, and celebrated.
