Chef Taylor Halley began his culinary journey in 2008 at Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q, where he discovered his passion for the kitchen.
Since becoming Executive Chef at The Wine Feed in 2022, Taylor has focused on showcasing the best of North Carolina’s seasonal ingredients, with a special emphasis on fresh, local seafood through weekly “NC Catch” features and thoughtfully curated wine dinners.
Beyond the kitchen, Taylor is a dedicated Chef Ambassador for NC Catch, championing North Carolina seafood in homes, stores, and restaurants across the state. He also proudly serves with Help The House Foundation, a nonprofit committed to supporting the restaurant community through mental health resources, financial assistance, physical health initiatives, donations, and sponsorships.
